2. Product Quality & Specifications

We are committed to high-quality materials. As wood is a natural product, variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and not considered defects. Product specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are subject to stock availability.
• Custom or bulk orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Full payment must be completed before dispatch.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if already processed or dispatched. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

5. Export & International Trade

Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws, duties, and taxes. Maa Traders ensures proper packing and documentation from Mangaluru Port.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maa Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including delays, misuse, or improper installation.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Only applicable for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
• Issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours for damage claims.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut or made-to-order materials.
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
• Special-order hardware.

3. Return Process

Contact us at 9496793914 or visit our showroom in Mallikatte, Kadri with your invoice. After inspection, we will process a replacement or refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
