Maa Traders operates from Mangaluru, Karnataka. We specialize in the supply and export of premium plywood, hardware, and decorative wood materials. These terms apply to all transactions, whether domestic or international.

2. Product Quality & Specifications

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality materials. However, as wood is a natural product, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are to be expected and are not considered defects. All product specifications provided are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Order confirmation is subject to stock availability.
• For custom or bulk orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
• Payments must be cleared in full before the dispatch of goods.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

4. Export & International Trade

For international orders, clients are responsible for compliance with their local import regulations, duties, and taxes. Maa Traders ensures all international packing standards and shipping documentation are handled professionally from Mangaluru port.

Return & Refund Policy

At Maa Traders, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be reported for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage if reported immediately upon receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut plywood or materials modified as per customer specifications.
• Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Special order hardware that is not part of our standard stock.

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at 9496793914 or visit our showroom in Mallikatte, Kadri with your original invoice. Upon inspection and approval, we will facilitate an exchange or refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as defective or wrongly sent by Maa Traders.
